Full Day Old City

It is a full day trip to jewels of Istanbul. You will discover old city with all secrets. 

Your trip will begin Hippodrome visit. Hippodrome is an open-air museum with various monuments from different periods. Originally the Hippodrome was the stadium where the Roman chariot races took place and was also the center of civil life in the city.

After few steps you will visit Hagia Sophia, it is one of the greatest marvels of architecture. Hagia Sophia was built as a cathedral of Constantinople in the 6th century by Emperor Justinian and after the fall of Constantinople to the Ottoman Empire in 1453 it was converted to a mosque.

Next visit Blue Mosque sits next to Hagia Sofia. Blue Mosque, as known as the Sultanahmet Mosque gets it name from the hand-painted blue tiles adorn the mosque’s interior walls. It is one of the most majestic Ottoman mosques in all of Turkey. (Closed on Friday)

You will continue towards Topkapi Palace which is the most excited place of this tour. It has been home to the Ottoman dynasty for many years and you will able to see the imperial collections of the Ottoman Empire and will be interesting to learn how the sultans lived their life. (Closed on Tuesday and New Year)

You will finish the tour at The Grand Bazaar. It is one of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world, with 61 covered streets and over 4,000 shops, attracting up to 400,000 visitors daily. Its own mosque, post office, restaurants, banks, and police station, making it a miniature central city.
